- Appointments must be booked at least 2 days prior to the desired service date.
4. Health and Safety:
- Cats must be up-to-date on vaccinations.
- Any known medical conditions or special requirements should be communicated during the meet and greet.
- In case of emergencies, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care for your pet at your expense.
5. Home Access :
- Clients must provide a reliable method of home entry (e.g., key, security code) and inform us of any changes.
- Please ensure the home environment is safe and secure for both the sitter and your pet.
6. Supplies:
- Clients must provide all necessary supplies, including food, litter, and any specific toys or medications.
7. Updates:
- We will provide regular updates on your pet’s well-being, including photos and notes from each visit.
8. Behavioral Issues:
- Please inform us of any known behavioral issues or special handling requirements.
- We reserve the right to discontinue service if the pet's behavior poses a risk to the sitter's safety.
9. Privacy:
- All client information and home access details will be kept confidential.
